FAQ

  • Use the Contact Page to inquire. I am currently offering telehealth services through video conferencing only, with appointments mostly offered in the evenings. I currently offer free 15 minute consultations to give you the opportunity to feel we are a good fit.

  • We will use a secure, encrypted video conferencing platform called Sessions Health for our appointments. It is simple to use and no passwords are required to login. Clients will need access to the internet to attend appointments.

  • Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you. An appointment is considered a no show 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

Clients will be charged the full session rate if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if they do not show for an appointment. Please note that insurance does not cover charges for late cancellations or no-show appointments.

  • I will bill any insurance that I am in-network with. Clients are responsible for their copay or coinsurance at the time of service. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider about their coverage, and clients are responsible for the balance of what is not covered.

For out-of-network insurance providers, it is the client’s responsibility to issue reimbursement requests with their insurance provider directly. I am able to provide clients with a superbill that they can submit to the insurance company. Please know that insurance companies don’t always pay for services.
