Approach
Therapy is not a one size fits all. It’s about you and the therapist building that therapeutic alliance, talking about the variety of therapies that best fit the topics and areas of your life that you wish to work on and health through. To create a unique treatment plan just for you. Sometimes tools can be provided outside of talk therapy such as journals, drawing, painting, crafting, games, visuals, mind/body connection to better support you through your healing journey.
We will work together to regulate your nervous system, gain perspective taking, past traumas, bodily autonomy, understanding attachment, cultivate healthy relationships, and build meaning making in the therapeutic work.
